Career advice for staff

The Careers Centre is primarily a service for currently enrolled students and those who have graduated from the university within the last 12 months. Staff of the University of Sydney can enjoy access to our Careers Resource Centre where we have information available about various careers, industries and employers that might be of interest. If a staff member is intending to visit the Careers Resource Centre, they can contact us prior to their visit and, where possible, we will arrange for a careers adviser to meet with them, discuss their needs and direct them to resources that would be relevant for their situation.

Staff of the university should check the web site of Learning Solutions (www.usyd.edu.au/learningsolutions/) as they offer courses such as Career Management, and should speak to their SydneyPeople HR consultant.

Those who wish to find a private career practitioner can search for one on the Career Development Association of Australia website.
