Mailouts

Send your brochures, invitations or letters to us and we do the rest. This can be linked to campus interviews or presentations, or be used as a stand-alone process.

Procedures

Log in to Your Careers Centre to book your mailout and we will get back to you with a quote.

Please note that mailout material provided should not be placed in envelopes. If the insert comprises more than one page, please do not staple the pages together.

Courier or mail inserts to the Careers Centre at the address below.

The material will be placed in University of Sydney envelopes and mailed on your behalf. The mailout will usually be sent to the students within five working days of receipt of materials and signed quote forms.

Disclaimer

Inclusion of the disclaimer, either in your main text or as an insert, is a requirement (as a matter of University policy) for the mailout to proceed. Should the disclaimer be omitted, a fee of 55c per letter will apply, in order for the Careers Centre to insert the disclaimer on your behalf.

Costs

There is a search fee of $165 for us to provide you with numbers for the mailout (whether you choose to go ahead with the mailout or not)

Standard size business envelope:$2.75 per student (includes 50c postage and GST)

A4 package: the mailout cost will depend on the weight of the package
up to 125g - $3.30 per student (includes GST)
over 125g and up to 250g - $3.85 per student (includes GST)
over 250g and up to 500g - $4.95 per student (includes GST)
